Unfortunately, Italian institutions do not know languages and are not ready to welcome foreigners, but expect them to speak Italian.
Czech is a niche language
of a small country in the heart of Europe. It is difficult to learn, but sometimes necessary for work or family reasons.
Prague, the capital, has become one of the most important business and art centres in Europe, there is a big exchange of people of many nationalities.
Consequently, many people decide to settle down in the Czech republic and start their business and/or families.

French is a diplomatic language
language of high level circuits, necessary for understanding important documents.
Nowadays, we think that French is not as used as before,

It is an officially recognised language in many African and American countries,
such as Marocco, Tunisia and Canada and also
on different islands around the world like French Guyana.
